Can I Exchange My order?

Although we are unable to issue exchanges at the moment, changing your item for something different is still as simple as can be. Can I Return Items to My Local Tie Rack Store?

How much do you Charge for Delivery?

What will happen if My Item is Out of Stock?

All of the items on our website are in stock, however those with low stock quantities may not be available for next day delivery, in which case we will let you know when you checkout.
