Careers
Born on Oxford Street from a shoe rack draped in ties, we’ve started at the bottom and grown to something really special - we’re sure this is largely because we’ve never lost sight of what makes our customers happy and kept our feet firmly on the ground. People are the most important part of our business and even though we now have nearly 300 stores in 26 different countries, our customers and staff members are still as important to us now as they were when we had that shoe rack on the sidewalk.
We prefer to think of our staff as family members, so if you want to be part of a super close knit team, where you’re truly valued, you’ve visited the right place. We like to think that working for Tie Rack is a little different and something to shout about. We’re firm believers that you get back what you give, so work hard and we guarantee that you’ll reap rewards.
We’ve designed some tremendous training programmes to help you along the way and give you all the knowledge that you’ll need to be a Tie Rack expert.
