UK Standard Delivery - Standard but Simple

• £3.95.
• We send your order out via 1st class Royal Mail.

• If you place your order before 12pm, Royal Mail aim to deliver your First Class mail by the next working day – this includes Saturdays too. Next day delivery is not guaranteed.
• If you’re from the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland your delivery may be subject to delays.
• Royal Mail will deliver your goods between 7.30am and 7pm. We are not able provide specific delivery times.

UK Next Day Delivery - For Your Next Day Necessities

We know that sometimes you need to add a dash of last minute sparkle to an outfit, so if you want your items the next working day we recommend using our next day delivery service for a cast iron guarantee. It’s super efficient and operated by FedEx.

• £5.95.
• To be eligible for UK Next Day Delivery you need to place your order by 12pm Monday to Friday.
• We can’t deliver to the Chanel Island using our UK Next Day Delivery service- your order will be sent out by Royal Mail first class post.
• Your parcel will need to be signed for on delivery, so if you select this service make sure someone’s available at the delivery address to sign.
• If you miss your delivery, don’t worry, you’ll be left a handy card with details to re-arrange – this can be done online or over the phone. FedEx will try to deliver your parcel up to three times to your chosen delivery address before sending it back to us.

International Delivery

Although we’re Tie Rack London, we know we’ve got fans all around the world, so we’ve put together some postage options so that our international accessory addicts can enjoy our products too.

• All of our International Deliveries are made using the Royal Mails Airsure® service.
• Generally a day faster than standard Airmail, Airsure® aims to deliver your parcels as follows:
  • 2 working days after posting to Western Europe
  • 4 working days after posting to Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities)
  • 6 working days after posting to the rest of the world
• Your Tie Rack parcel will get the VIP handling it deserves, both in the UK and overseas.
• Online tracking allows you to check your parcel's progress along the way, giving you total peace of mind and delivery confirmation online.
• We can only deliver by Airsure® to selected destinations. Orders to destinations that can’t be served by Airsure will be sent via Royal Mail's International Signed For™ service instead, which is still a secure delivery service that requires a signature. International Signed For™ services are subject to longer expected delivery times than Airsure®.
• Airsure® travels through a separate and secure network and gives you proof of posting to set your mind at ease.

Europe £15.95 – sadly if your country is not listed below we cannot currently deliver to you, but never say never so check back soon.

Rest of The World £19.95 – If you’re as far away as Canada or as long haul as America, we can ship you some Tie Rack luxury and make sure you get your order.
