If you’re not jumping for joy when you receive your order, for any reason at all, you can send it back to us within 28 days of the purchase date (or 21 days from the dispatch date) to get your money back. Simply fill in the returns form that we sent with your parcel and pop it in the post to us, along with your unwanted item to claim your money back.
