How to order products through the Tie Rack Website
Selecting products
Navigate through the catalogue pages to find your perfect Tie, Scarf or Accessory
You can click Add to Basket from product lists or from product detail pages.
You can continue shopping if you wish or you may click the Checkout button at the top right of the website.
You will now see a summary of your shopping basket. Please check that all products you wish to buy are listed, if not then please click the Continue Shopping button to return to the catalogue.
If you are happy with your order, click the Proceed to Checkout button.
If you have not already logged in you will now be presented with the login/register screen. Registration is a necessary part of shopping with Tie Rack as it ensures your security.
Registration
If you are registered, you may enter your registered email address and password now, otherwise enter your details carefully.
Your email address will be used for essential communication regarding your order so please ensure that it is genuine.
Your Password should be 7 characters or more and contain a mixture of both letters and numbers. Passwords are case sensitive and allow symbols such as hyphen (-) or underscore (_) to be used for added security.
Your Address will be used as both billing and delivery by default so please ensure it is correct. You can use our postcode lookup facility to ensure accuracy.
Please read through our Terms and Conditions before checking the confirmation of acceptance checkbox.
Click the Proceed button to complete registration and continue to the checkout.
Checkout
At the checkout you must check that both your Billing Address and Delivery Address are accurate. If you wish to change either address for this order you may do so here. Please note that to enter a different Delivery Address you must first check the checkbox to state your intention to change this address.
Enter you card details carefully to ensure accuracy. Make sure that you select a card type and that your expiry date is correct. The CVV number is to be found as the last three digits of the number displayed in the signature strip on the back of your card.
For our records, please select how you heard about the Tie Rack Website. Special Delivery instructions may be entered in the text field provided.
Once you are sure all your details are correct you may re-confirm your agreement to the Tie Rack Terms and Conditions using the checkbox and then click the Complete Order button.
It is essential that you DO NOT use your browser’s back button while the order is processing. You may be taken to a further verification service provided by your card issuer, if this is the case you must complete this process before your order through the Tie Rack Website will complete. Once the order has completed you will be taken to a Success screen. Again, DO NOT use you browser’s back button, instead return to the catalogue by clicking on the Tie Rack logo.
You will receive an email with your order confirmation attached, please do not delete this email, keep it for your records.
