Returns & Refunds
We want all of our customers to be as ecstatic as we are with our products, which is why we make every effort to ensure your order is correct. When you receive your new Tie Rack products, take a moment to check you’ve got everything you wanted – or at least everything you’ve ordered! If you’re not happy with your purchase, our no quibble returns policy does exactly what it says on the tin.
Simply fill in the returns form that we sent with your parcel and pop it in the post to us, along with your item to claim your money back.
We’ve put together a few helpful hints to make returning your goods as simple as can be, please read the following to help you with sending back your unwanted items:
- No quibble – honestly. If you’re not jumping for joy when you receive your order, for any reason at all, you can send it back to us within 28 days of the purchase date (or 21 days from the dispatch date) to get your money back.
- In addition to your legal rights and obligations if you change your mind, you can cancel your order by calling us on 08450 744055 or emailing email@example.com until your item has been dispatched.
- If you’ve ordered hair accessories or earrings, hygiene rules mean we cannot take these back.
- Return your item as we sent it, in perfect condition in its original packaging, unused, with barcodes and labels attached and we’ll send you a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Where goods are delivered to a third party, you’ll only be able to claim a refund if you’re able to return to us the items that you have ordered.
- We can’t process exchanges at the moment. We recommend you return your original item(s) to us and place a separate order for anything else you’d like.
- We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit and strongly recommend that you return your items to us either by using registered post or by obtaining a Certificate of Posting which is free from any Post Office. Please ensure you retain this proof of posting for your own peace of mind, until you receive your refund.
- Once we receive your item, we promise to get your money back to you as quickly as we possibly can, but please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be made. If you’ve paid by credit or debit card we’ll automatically pop your money back on your card.
- We don’t want to give anyone else your money therefore we can’t make any refunds to third parties.
- Unfortunately our Tie Rack stores cannot accept returns or exchanges for any of our web or telephone based orders. Simply post your items back to us and we’ll get it sorted.
- If you’ve used a gift voucher to buy your item, we’re really sorry but we can’t refund it at the moment, but our items do make fabulous Christmas and birthday presents.
